The Organisation Development Company logo is a dark blue rectangle, wider than it is tall. On the blue background are a large broken oval, leaning to the right so that it partially encloses the words: The Organisation Development Company.

The Navigation Buttons are blue with white text which reflects the destination of the link. Buttons are roughly oblong with rounded corners and have a "shine" along the top edge.
