Strategic and Business Plans

We provide a range of services to produce business and strategic plans.

We ensure the Right People are there

Key players in business and strategic planning naturally include the executive or management team. From time to time it is relevant to include others in these processes; key staff who will be implementing new developments, specific clients, or key others from other divisions or departments whose collaboration is necessary.

Background Research

Often we find identifying key interests and concerns of the executives prior to the planning day(s) is helpful before proceeding, especially if the business context is changing, and new collaborations are necessary. This ensures the agenda items on planning days are totally relevant to those present and greater buy-in is achieved.

The Facilitation

Here we design one, two or three day events and subsequent processes enabling key people to work together to identify the key results areas, and the strategies they will undertake to achieve these. Reviewing what has been achieved in the past year enables executives to fine tune or alter strategy, re-focus attention, and simply to step back and take the time to acknowledge the results the company has produced.

The Result of the Facilitation is:

  • The environment is scanned, the outlook charted, key influences identified, key relationships create the context
  • Targets are identified
  • Key result areas, or outputs are defined
  • Relationships clarified and developed
  • Strategies decided
  • Milestones established for short, medium and longer term and owners are identified
  • The level of detail is specified when the strategic plan brief is set up.

The output

We provide services which ensure you get all materials produced at the workshop, documented and returned to you within 48 hours.

In Imaginaction™, teams use dynamic action mapping to recreate their companies, and then explore the inter relationships between divisions and the environment they are managing in, including stakeholders and clients.
