Executive Coaching

Changes Demand New Skills

As the organisations we work in change and evolve, many of us discover the areas we were previously competent in no longer serve us well and new skills, thinking, abilities and sometimes, new beliefs about ourselves and how we work, are needed.

These areas may be tossed up by our own thinking and experiences, feedback from other managers or staff, recent life experiences with significant others, or new expectations of performance.

Expectations of performance

Some of these skills, approaches and beliefs can be developed as a result of feedback, and some from everyday experiences. With others, coaching and mentoring is more relevant.

The Organisation Development Company provides one-on-one sessions as coach mentor, challenger and sounding board with executives, managers, and professionals as they work with their own development

We coordinate 360-degree individual and peer feedback and discuss th implications of this for ongoing development of executives and their organisations
