How Executive Coaching assists leaders

As the organisations we work in change and evolve, many of us discover the areas we were previously competent in no longer serve us well and new skills, thinking, abilities and beliefs about ourselves and how we work, are needed.

These areas are tossed up by new responsibilities, our own thinking and experiences, feedback from other managers or staff, recent life experiences with significant others, or new expectations of performance. We may discover we are less flexible than we thought, or if we are in new territory, there is no map for the way forward. A skilled and independent sounding board and challenger assists in finding the directions and abilities we now need.

Coaching contracts are established for a series of sessions or 3, 6 or 12 months.
