Diana has worked in the public and private sectors for over two decades. Her work focuses on individuals and groups developing satisfying and productive working relationships as they achieve their business goals.

Diana has comprehensive appreciation and experience in developing leaders and teams. She is an executive coach and sounding board with talented executives and professionals as they develop their capacities to work with both their relationships, and complex organisation dilemmas. She is dedicated to assisting others bring more vitality into their work and lives.

Based in Wellington, NZ, Diana is a Sociometrist and Trainer, Educator, Practitioner with the Australia New Zealand Psychodrama Association. She is a staff member and supervisor with the Wellington Psychodrama Training Institute. She facilitates action learning groups, leadership development programmes, and experiential laboratories for resolving business dilemmas.

Cher has over 25 years of experience in management, leadership, and training in personal and professional development and specialising in the effective resolution of conflict. She is a qualified and experienced coach, supervisor and counsellor.

She has led hundreds of courses, seminars and workshops in all areas of people leadership, trainer development, personal development and professional development and is currently providing programmes on management and leadership with the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, the Business Development Company, Otago Southland Employers Association and New Zealand Institute of Management. 

In her seven years with the Sealord Group she held positions of Human Resources Manager and Organisation and Staff Development Manager.  The responsibility of these roles included organisational development, leadership and management training on all aspect of managing self, staff and teams. Cher currently works on contract to the Sealord Group providing mentoring to managers at all levels.
